Red Skin Smoothie
Brew the tea and let it sit to room temperature to extract the flavor. Blend all together the liquids in a shaker or glass pitcher and shake it thoroughly. Put the liquid mixture into a misting holder for easy use.
Clean your face completely using your normal cleanser and after that mist your face with this mixture two times a day to reduce or minimize the inflammation or redness.
Ingredients :
3 1/2 oz . brewed rose hip tea.
3 1/2 oz . chamomile tea
2 oz . aloe Vera extracts or juice.
